*All applicants must provide proof of verifiable income, make 3 times the rent for the unit which they apply, have good employment history, rental history, not owe any current or previous landlords any balances, and not have any evictions where a balance is owed. Any information that is found to be falsified on the application will result in immediate denial of the application.
